Gail Russell

Project Officer

Gail Russell was born in Bourke NSW, grew up in Dubbo before the family moved to Sydney. Gail built a successful career in Project Administration and after raising her three children on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, she headed ‘Back to the Bush’. Gail now lives in Wilcannia, closer to her ancestral lands.

Gail also brings experience to the team in facilitating events, particularly in the arts field. Her passion is the preservation and promotion of our rich Aboriginal heritage.
